With stress being a regular part of your life, meditating daily can be a natural way to support wellness. Remember, a person’s environment is more than just the air you breathe. It includes your relationship environments, the food you eat, the countless times you refer to a painful memory from your past and all the thinking and doing activities in which you engage. If you are into natural approaches for wellness, meditating accompanied by also using something called Jin Shin Jyutsu can be quite beneficial for letting go of fear. In conjunction with using CBD daily, I live relatively pain free. If you want to know more about CBD, please visit this page on my website.
Letting Go of Fear
When you feel afraid, your brain, mind and spirit are temporarily merged. In his audio recorded program The Psychology of Achievement, Dr. Brian Tracy explains that we are only born with two fears; the fear of loud noises and the fear of falling. These are actually natural fears there to protect us from physical harm in the event of dangerous things happening around us.
When we hear a loud noise, it alerts us to pay attention. The other fear, the fear of falling, is also an inner program available to help you stay upright and avoid accidentally falling down.
What about all the other fears we experience? If what Dr. Tracy says is true, that means all other fears are LEARNED. So, if you are experiencing any other type of fear, it’s unhealthy to hold on to it.
Letting Go of Fear Energy
In quantum theory, we understand that thoughts are made up of some invisible elements. If you understand how a radio wave is transmitted through the airwaves, you understand that a radio wave is made up of a carrier wave and the intelligence data bits it carries. Your thoughts work kind of the same way.
Know how you need to ride in a car or on a motorcycle to get around? A thought wave needs a “vehicle” to travel upon. It is “carried” energetically and then broadcasted. If there is nothing to power and transmit any specific thought, the entire thought collapses. In other words, you simply don’t think that thought any more.
The energy that carries your thoughts can get stuck in different parts of your body. This stuck energy can cause real physical pain. Once you let go of the energy part of a thought within your mind, the thought evaporates.
Using meditation, hypnosis and mindfulness exercises, you can actually change the folds in your brain. These changes can cause a neural pathway to atrophy. This can be useful to you. Those neural pathways are like highways for your thoughts. When you keep thinking the same thoughts, they travel along those same highways in your brain.
So, when you focus on only thinking calm, encouraging, uplifting thoughts, you stop using neural pathways use to carry self-limiting, self-sabotaging, stressful thoughts. Briefly, if there is no energy to transmit any certain thought, you no longer think that thought.
To let go of fear thoughts, you can practice meditation and something called Jin Shin Jyutsu. (See www.jsjinc.net for more about this ancient art of releasing tension.) As you gently touch certain energy centers on your body, you dissolve the stuck energy causing pain. One such type of thought is a fear thought. When you stop the habit of unnaturally feeling afraid, you also release the tension associated with what’s causing pain in your body.
