Grief… at some time in your life, you’ve felt it. But if it consumes you and regularly interrupts your daily schedule, letting go of grief can help you get on with your life. Grief is evidence of blocked energy. You can clear energy blocks about grief by allowing yourself time to grieve after what you perceive as a loss. A simple way to change your perception about grief is to ask someone your admire how they deal with their grief. We all grieve about something. So, chances are another person will be able to tell you how she deals with her grief.
Basically, grieving is a part of the human experience. When we can’t have things in a way we prefer, we essentially grieve having to accept that which we don’t want to accept.
For some people, grieving occurs as a result of having a paper cut. They grieve being free of even the slightest of physical pain.
For others, they lash out and hold in what’s causing them grief. Whatever it is that’s resulting in your holding on to your deep sadness, there are natural ways to work through it.

Letting Go of Grief by Using EFT
Sometimes, and quiet unexpectedly, I might start crying because I miss my son, Jason. A haunting memory of watching him die at home in his own bed might spontaneously come out of nowhere. Even though he’s been gone in his physical form for about thirty years, to this day, there are still moments when I grieve the loss of his physical presence. During that time, I might feel consumed with deep sadness and grief for many reasons. One drug-free thing I do that helps me cope more calmly with my grief is doing something called EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique.
Tapping along the acupuncture meridians helps release stuck blocked energy keeping me stuck in that grief. Tapping is a natural way I clear energy blocks. I encourage you to research tapping. I often use it right before I go to sleep at night. I really love how empowered I feel after tapping. It really does help calm you and it does so without using dangerous drugs.
I’m pretty sure you’ve experienced grief at some time in your life. When you can’t seem to stop crying and grieving over the loss of a loved one, the loss of a job, a divorce, moving to a new place and being without longtime friends and loving family, or something else that triggers deeply sad feelings within you, energetically you are grieving the loss of the familiar or, the loss of not being able to have things in a way you prefer for them to be.
Holding on to and/or suppressing grief hurts your physical body. So, I encourage you to do natural things to release your grief. This can be done using EFT and also doing something called Jin Shin Jyutsu.
Jin Shin Jyutsu for Letting Go of Grief
Jin Shin Jyutsu is the ancient art of releasing tension. When you feel grief, you definitely feel tension. By practicing and regularly using Jin Shin Jyutsu (www.jsjinc.net), you can release the stuck negative energy holding grief in.
